At Westport on the Lake, the standard lease term is 12 months. While we do offer lease terms that begin with 3 month leases, certain specials may apply
for those who choose to sign a 12 month lease.
Westport on the Lake Apartment Homes opened in 1996 at 14707 "F" Street, just behind Charlie’s on the Lake, and the response was enthusiastic.
People were looking for apartment homes that offered more: more luxury, more comfort, more amenities and more services.
